Principal/Vice-Principal Appointments – Lakeview Elementary & Quesnel Junior School
The Quesnel School District is pleased to announce the following appointments:
Vice-Principal – Quesnel Junior School
Effective August 1 to December 31, 2024, Mr. Dean Morrow has been appointed as vice-principal of Quesnel Junior School. Mr. Morrow has been the principal at Lakeview Elementary since August 2021 and prior to that was the vice-principal of École Red Bluff Lhtako.
Mr. Morrow holds a Master of Educational Leadership and will be replacing Mr. Chuck Loewen who has been appointed as principal of Lakeview Elementary.
Principal – Lakeview Elementary
Effective August 1 to December 31, 2024, Mr. Chuck Loewen has been appointed as principal at Lakeview Elementary School. Mr. Loewen has been the vice-principal of Quesnel Junior School since August 2021.
Mr. Loewen holds a Master of Educational Leadership and will be replacing Mr. Dean Morrow who has been appointed as vice-principal of Quesnel Junior School.
Principal – Quesnel Junior School
Effective August 1, 2025, Mr. Dean Morrow has been appointed as principal of Quesnel Junior School, replacing current principal Ms. Trish Simpson who has announced her retirement effective July 31, 2025.
